Description
TESA – V-shaped depth base. TESA measuring supports are designed to offer the best positioning stability for instruments such as dial and lever indicators or electronic probes, minimising uncertainties related to the measuring method.

TESA V-shaped depth base in hardened steel for Ø 10 ÷ 100 mm, Ø 8 mm mounting.
Choose the caliper according to the measuring range (150, 200 or 300 mm), environment (IP67 for coolants and dust; standard AOS for the workshop and metrology room; carbon fibre for large ranges and light weight) and the jaw shape (standard; knife-edge for grooves and small holes; carbide-tipped for abrasive surfaces; extra-long for deep parts). Models "with data output" let you transfer measurements to a PC or tablet using TESA cables or TESA Wireless.

Integration and programming
This model is without data output: readings are taken on the display. If you need to record measurements on a PC, choose the "with data output" version of the same series, which can be connected via a TESA cable or TESA Wireless.
For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will help you choose cables, receivers and software.
Calibration and repair
The instrument is supplied with a TESA inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER arranges it through accredited laboratories. Periodically check the zero with the jaws closed and that the slider has no play; clean the beam and jaws after use with coolants.
