Return conditions
All products are guaranteed for the period indicated in our estimates and/or order confirmations starting from the date of our invoice.
However, the guarantee excludes any right of recourse for damages.
RODER SRL will not be liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, nor for loss of profits, production interruptions, or damages resulting from the failure to use the tools, even in the event of proven defects.
RODER SRL reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace a product.
The company does not accept returns or exchanges without authorization.
All returns must be accompanied by the Authorization Number (RMA) provided by our offices. This number must be clearly indicated on the shipping documents and on the outside of the packaging.
All returns must be authorized in advance by RODER SRL. Otherwise, they will be rejected.
Any obvious defects or discrepancies from the order must be reported in writing within 8 days of receiving the goods, under penalty of forfeiture of all rights.
If the return is accepted by us as authorized, a fee will be applied (varying between 10% and 20% of the net price of the product depending on the product, type, etc.) for management of the return, repackaging, integrity checks, etc.
Under no circumstances will we accept products that are not listed, without their original packaging, worn, showing signs of use, or incomplete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for software with an activated license, batteries, consumables, or instruments supplied with customized calibration certificates (e.g. ISO or ACCREDIA Calibration Reports), as they are custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
These general conditions are valid and also applied to any product replacements due to incorrect orders, provided that they have been agreed upon and accepted by RODER SRL.
For any legal dispute, the court of Turin will have exclusive jurisdiction.
