Description

This is an optional accessory for calculation with Absolute Digimatic ID-C digital indicators. The angle plates and the roller base, together with the ID-C calculation, can be used for various applications, such as measuring larger radii.

Choose the digital indicator according to travel (12.7 or 25.4 mm) and resolution (0.01 or 0.001 mm): ID-S and ID-SX for routine inspection, ID-C for advanced functions (GO/NG tolerances, Max/Min/TIR, calculation), ID-F with a large backlit display, ID-H for high precision (0.0005 mm), ID-N/ID-B for compact applications. Check the back type (flat or lug) and the Ø8 mm stem for mounting on stands and fixtures.

Integration and programming

This model is without data output: the reading is taken from the display. If you need to record measurements on a PC, choose the "with data output" version of the same series, which can be connected via Digimatic cable or U-WAVE.

For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will support you in choosing cables, receivers and software.

Calibration and repair

The instrument is supplied with Mitutoyo inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER arranges it through accredited laboratories. Periodically check the smoothness of the stem and the repeatability on a gauge block; avoid impacts on the contact point.

After-sales service: RODER S.r.l. – INNOVACHECK division handles calibration with certificate (including ACCREDIA through partner laboratories), periodic verification and repairs of Mitutoyo instruments in Italy. Contact us stating the model and serial number.
