TESA digital workshop caliper with pointed outside jaws, measuring range 0 ÷ 600 mm / 0 ÷ 24 in, resolution 0.01 mm, IP67, TLC data output.
Choose the caliper according to the measuring range (150, 200 or 300 mm), environment (IP67 for coolants and dust; standard AOS for the workshop and metrology room; carbon fibre for large ranges and light weight) and the jaw shape (standard; knife-edge for grooves and small holes; carbide-tipped for abrasive surfaces; extra-long for deep parts). Models "with data output" let you transfer measurements to a PC or tablet using TESA cables or TESA Wireless.

Integration and programming
TESA instruments with data output transfer measurements using the TESA protocol: by cable with data button to a TLC/USB cable (the PC receives them as keyboard input, directly in Excel or in SPC software), or wirelessly with the TESA Wireless transmitters (USB or Bluetooth receiver). The indicators can be connected to multi-channel display units and to statistical process control systems.
For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will help you choose cables, receivers and software.
Calibration and repair
The instrument is supplied with a TESA inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER arranges it through accredited laboratories. Periodically check the zero with the jaws closed and that the slider has no play; clean the beam and jaws after use with coolants.
Service: RODER S.r.l. – INNOVACHECK division handles calibration with certificate in Italy (including ACCREDIA through partner laboratories), periodic verification and repairs of TESA instruments. Contact us stating the model and serial number.
