Description
Digimatic micrometers for thread inspection with optional interchangeable pairs of thread anvils. They measure the pitch diameter of a wide range of metric / unified / Whitworth threads
A metric (unified) 60º setting standard is included with all models except those whose range starts at 0.

Mitutoyo digital thread micrometer, IP65 326-253-30, measuring range 50–75 mm, resolution 0.001 mm.
Choose the micrometer according to measuring range (50–75 mm) and contact type: flat anvils for shafts and plates, blade anvils for grooves and slots, pointed or disc anvils for threads and gears, interchangeable anvils for wide ranges. The IP65 protection rating allows use on the machine with coolant; the ratchet friction ensures constant measuring force. Models "with data output" connect to a PC or U-WAVE.

Integration and programming
Digimatic instruments with data output transfer measurements using the Mitutoyo Digimatic protocol: via a cable with data button to a USB Input Tool (the PC receives them as keyboard input, directly in Excel or in the SPC software), or wirelessly with the U-WAVE transmitters (USB or Bluetooth receiver). The indicators can be connected to multi-channel display units and to statistical process control systems.
For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will support you in choosing cables, receivers and software.
Calibration and repair
The instrument is supplied with Mitutoyo inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER manages it through accredited laboratories. Check the zero (using the supplied setting standard for ranges above 25 mm) and the parallelism of the anvils with optical flats; always use the ratchet stop for a constant measuring force.
