Description
TESA IMICRO digital 3-contact inside micrometer with a robust construction, measurements unaffected by temperature variations, a large high-contrast display and value transmission via the Opto-RS232 output (wired or wireless). The 3 measuring contacts, arranged at 120° on the head and held against the micrometric threaded cone, rest on the bore wall along three lines: the instrument centres and aligns itself, and the ratchet stop ensures a constant measuring force. Suitable for through-bore measurements; the extension system also allows measurements at great depth.

TESA IMICRO digital 3-point inside micrometer, measuring range 4.5 ÷ 5.5 mm, resolution 0.001 mm, Opto-RS232 output.
Choose the micrometer according to the range (0-25, 25-50 mm …) and the contact type: flat anvils for shafts and plates, blade anvils for grooves and slots, pointed or disc anvils for threads and gears, interchangeable anvils for wide ranges. The IP65 protection rating allows use on the machine with coolant; the ratchet stop ensures a constant measuring force. Models "with data output" connect to a PC or to TESA Wireless.

Integration and programming
TESA instruments with data output transfer measurements using the TESA protocol: by cable with data button to a TLC/USB cable (the PC receives them as keyboard input, directly in Excel or in SPC software), or wirelessly with the TESA Wireless transmitters (USB or Bluetooth receiver). The indicators can be connected to multi-channel display units and to statistical process control systems.
For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will help you choose cables, receivers and software.
Calibration and repair
The instrument is supplied with a TESA inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER arranges it through accredited laboratories. Check the zero (or use the setting standard supplied for ranges above 25 mm) and the parallelism of the anvils with optical flats; always use the ratchet stop for a constant measuring force.
