Selection guide: DIALTRONIC series, measuring range 12.5 mm
TESA digital indicator DIALTRONIC, 12.5 mm / .5 in, resolution 0.01 or 0.001 mm (selectable), IP54, RS232 and Bluetooth® data output.
Choose the indicator according to the travel (12.7 or 25.4 mm) and the resolution (0.01 or 0.001 mm): ID-S and ID-SX for routine inspection, ID-C for advanced functions (GO/NG tolerances, Max/Min/TIR, calculation), ID-F with a large backlit display, ID-H for high precision (0.0005 mm), ID-N/ID-B for compact applications. Check the back type (flat or lug) and the Ø8 mm stem for mounting on stands and fixtures.
If in doubt, contact us: our technical support will recommend the right model, measuring range and accessories for your application.
Integration and programming
TESA instruments with data output transfer measurements using the TESA protocol: by cable with data button to a TLC/USB cable (the PC receives them as keyboard input, directly in Excel or in SPC software), or wirelessly with the TESA Wireless transmitters (USB or Bluetooth receiver). The indicators can be connected to multi-channel display units and to statistical process control systems.
For integration into test stations, measuring fixtures or SPC software, our technical team will help you choose cables, receivers and software.
Calibration and repair
The instrument is supplied with a TESA inspection certificate. For ISO 9001 / IATF quality systems, periodic calibration (typically annual) with a traceable certificate is recommended; RODER arranges it through accredited laboratories. Periodically check that the stem moves freely and the repeatability on a gauge block; avoid impacts on the contact point.
Service: RODER S.r.l. – INNOVACHECK division handles calibration with certificate in Italy (including ACCREDIA through partner laboratories), periodic verification and repairs of TESA instruments. Contact us stating the model and serial number.
